Spy agencies are considering whether to rewrite a 2007 intelligence report asserting Iran halted its efforts to build nuclear weapons in 2003...A facility under construction inside a mountain about 20 miles north of Qom, Iran, is most likely the location of the newly revealed uranium enrichment plant.
