New GeoEye Case Study Available - Governance Challenges for Wildland Preservation in Canada and Mexico

The conservation of wildlands in North America is crucial for maintaining ecological processes such as transboundary migration of wildlife, ecological connectivity, and hydrological regimes. In 2009, Mexico, Canada, and the United States signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation for Wilderness Conservation (Martin 2010).
