CIA Forms New Center to Combat Nukes, WMDs - GeoEye High Resolution Imagery Featured in MSNBC Article

WASHINGTON — The CIA is opening a counterproliferation center to combat the spread of dangerous weapons and technology, a move that comes as Iran is on the verge of fueling up a new nuclear power plant...In this image provided on Aug. 18, 2010, by GeoEye Satellite Image, this half-meter resolution satellite image of the Bushehr Reactor in Iran was collected by the GeoEye-1 satellite on Feb. 18, 2010. The reactor complex occupies a 2.5-square-kilometer site area, which includes assembly halls, a concrete channel for cooling water that runs from the reactors to the Gulf, and the harbor which supports loading and unloading of foreign materials needed for construction and reactor operation. With Iran just about to fuel up its Bushehr nuclear power plant, the CIA has announced it's opening a new Counterproliferation Center, to combat the spread of dangerous weapons and technology.
