GeoEye recognized by Fortune Magazine - High Resolution Imagery Featured in UPI Article

DULLES, Va., Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Virginia's GeoEye, Inc. has earned a spot on Fortune magazine's 2010 "100 Fastest-Growing Companies" list. The company, provider of satellite and aerial-based geospatial information and services, said it qualified for the recognition as No. 84 on the list by meeting specific criteria: posting an annualized growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least 15 percent annually over the three years ended on or before April 30, 2010; trading on a major U.S. stock exchange continuously since June 30, 2007; filing quarterly reports with the SEC; having a minimum market capitalization of $250 million; and having a stock price of at least $5 on June 30, 2010...
